You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kaliysa™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.
