All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Kaliysa™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.

During peak seasons or product launches, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
